Hurricane Emergency Contact Information

After our last hurricane, WPC staff wants a system to stay in contact with you. There are many times in the life of a parishioner when the pastor might need to contact you when you are away from your home, or might need to contact a neighbor or friend on your behalf. To help in that situation, we are asking that you provide us with your home, work, and cell telephone numbers(s), email addresses, and emergency contact information. The emergency contact information will be maintained in a confidential section of our database and will be put in a "Pastors Only" directory, along with any of your personal numbers that you so designate.

Download the form below, complete the form in Microsoft Word and email it to office@websterpresby.org.
