Open Door Class
Come and learn more about the life and ministry of WPC and get to know a few
of the leaders at WPC. You will get an introduction into what it means to be
Presbyterian and to be a part of the WPC family. You'll learn about the ways
this community of faith worships, prays, studies, plays, and works together. If
you want to formalize your relationship with WPC, you will be given an
opportunity to do so at the end of the class. If not, you will leave knowing a
few more people and how you might fit into this dynamic family of faith. Child
care is available and we look forward to meeting you and sharing this
community's faith journey with you.
Women's Retreat
Every year the women of WPC take the time to step out of their busy lives and pause to reflect and relax at the annual WPC Women’s Retreat. Whether young or wizened, carefree or stretched thin, married or single, we all could use a little time to rediscover ourselves, to reflect upon our relationship with Christ, and to shop! The Retreat is usually held in the fall, and the ladies of WPC, many along with out-of-town friends and family members, get away to get in touch with themselves, with each other, and with God.
This year the Women's Retreat will be held October 8-10 at Camp Allen in Navasota. Our speaker is Anne Beall and the topic is "Breathe In, Breathe Out". You may download the registration form here
or pick one up in the church office.
